What Google removes, and what it does not
Fake and spamReviews from people who never visited, bot-generated content, or the same text posted in bulk.
Conflict of interestReviews left by competitors, former staff, or anyone with something to gain from your rating dropping.
Off-topicComplaints about a courier, the wrong business, or a rant with nothing to do with your service.
Prohibited contentProfanity, discriminatory language, personal information, or a named member of staff.
An honest bad review staysA real customer describing a real bad night is not removable by anyone, at any price. Anybody promising otherwise is selling you something that does not exist. What helps there is a good public reply and fixing the cause.
How to report a review yourself
01Open your Business Profile and go to the reviews list.
02Use the menu on the review itself and choose Report review.
03Pick the policy it breaks – not “I disagree”, but the actual clause.
04Wait for the decision, and follow up through the support form if it is refused.
Why most owner reports get refused
Why most owner reports get refusedOwners write that the review is unfair, untrue or damaging. None of those are grounds for removal. The report has to name the clause the review breaks and show why it applies, which is a different kind of writing – and it is the whole reason a refiled report succeeds where the first one failed.

[email protected]You cannot delete it, only report it. Google decides. The steps above are the same ones we use, and they cost nothing to try.
This is an automated first pass against Google's published policy, not a decision. Google decides. A High badge means the review has the pattern of something reportable, not that it will come down.
The free check reads the 50 lowest-rated reviews on the profile, worst first, because those are the ones worth reporting and every review costs us to collect and check. If you want every review on the profile checked, write to us and we will run the full audit by hand.
It depends entirely on Google, and cases often need more than one round of reporting. We cannot promise a date, and we will not invent one.
The checker and the audit are free. If you ask us to file the reports, it is £75 per review and you are invoiced only after a review has actually come down.
Usually not, but the same reviewer can post again, and Google can reinstate a review on appeal. If it reappears we refile at no extra charge.
Want the reasons, and the reports filed for you?
The audit is free and comes back with every flagged review, the clause it breaks and what we would file. You only pay if a review actually comes down.
